Glitz and Glam was established in 2022 firstly on Facebook. My dresses are budget friendly made with affordable material to create your dresses. I was overwhelmed with the response and interest so I made it my New Years resolution to try my hardest to create an easy accessible website to showcase all of the budget friendly dresses we have to offer! I work with a range of different designers to create your dresses and they are all based overseas. I am a UK based online store. A lot of the detailing's are done by hand. I offer and have shipped worldwide so please do get in touch if you require any additional help. You really do get what you pay for here! To keep costs down, your dress will not come wrapped in fancy gift wrap or in a box, the main ethos for my website is to create budget/affordable dresses. Your dresses may need further alterations again please bare in mind my page is to help those that are on a tight budget. Please note that colours can very due to lighting and picture quality, please get in touch if you would like more information on the choices we have available. A lot of time and effort goes in to creating your dresses as these are not off the rack, no two dresses will look identical as they are ALL made from scratch. Train lengths for the majority of my dresses are floor length but can be made longer please enquire as this will be a surcharge. Please be kind.
Deposits (non refundable) are accepted through a secure link to reserve any material if you would like your dress made and delivered at a later date.
Petticoats/hoops can be purchased separately to match the specific dress you have purchased please get in touch for more info!

Customisations -
We offer and take on board your customisations requests where possible, please bare in mind that some of the requests could cost up to £100's when carrying them out in boutiques so please do take that on board. It is really important you try and send us as many inspiration pictures as possible in order for us to process your request. Please note there is no guarantee that all of your requests can be met. No returns/exchanges on customised dresses as they have been produced to YOUR taste.
We are now branching out and working with bridal boutiques across Europe in particular supplying dresses as wholesale, please do get in touch if this is something you are interested in!

Standard size dresses - please allow up to 4-6 weeks for production and delivery
Customised dresses- please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery and production
Returns
Our Policy Info
I offer returns on all of my dresses as long as they have not had any customised additions to them.
Cancellations
I accept cancellations 24 hours from the time of purchase as anytime after this I would have started to order in the material to make your dress. Any cancellations made after 24hours, you will get your money back minus the cost of the material.
T&C's for returns
No returns or exchanges for any items that have been customised whether it be by size, design etc you will not be eligible for a refund unless a serious error/mistake has occurred on our part (photographic evidence will need to be supplied)

The following MAY incur a charge for wanting to return due to the fact that ALL of my dresses are made from scratch they are not ex sample! Shipping fee needs to be paid for by the buyer-
Size is wrong (size charts are listed if you can't see one please contact us before purchasing)
Colour is not to your taste (lighting varies due to the background, camera quality etc)
Fabric is not to your taste (this is a budget friendly service as clearly stated on my welcome page)
You did not like the dress
a few loose seams (easily amended)
Please note dresses differ in shape depending on each individual body shape, stock photos may differ depending on the individual so dresses will fall differently.
PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE WILL NEED TO BE SUPPLIED.
You will need to contact us within 3 days after delivery if you wish to return, you will need to send off the dress back to the designated address and provide proof of tracking by a given date (this will be emailed to you usually 7 days unless you have been told otherwise)
Failure to do so (regardless of the reason for returning your dress) will mean we will not accept your return and refund request will be closed.
Refunds can take up to 14days from the date the dress has been sent back (this varies on time of year bank holidays etc)
Full refunds will be given if -
Item arrives damaged (holes, made incorrectly)
Wrong colour from the one you chose
Customisations were wrong - colour/size (photographic evidence will need to be supplied)
Size is different to what you ordered
